Ochoa named Communications Director of AQA

Prof. Marcia Ochoa has been named Communications Director of the Association for Queer Anthropology (www.queeranthro.org). Dr. Ochoa takes on this new position after finishing her term as Co-Chair and seeing the organization through a transition from its previous name, the Society of Lesbian and Gay Anthropologists, to its new identity, the Association for Queer Anthropology. AQA is a section of the American Anthropological Association.
